PLANET OF THE VAPES MAYFIELD — Attraction in Mayfield Heights

Heavily disappointed and dissatisfied in their policies and customer service. Having been a loyal customer who comes in weekly, I just purchased a vape here and there's an obvious defect. It tastes completely burnt out, just like any of my dead vapes taste. I explained this to them, and I was recommended to shake it and try hitting it while covering the bottom. I tried both options, while in store. It still tasted absolutely unacceptable, and not in a I don't like the flavor way, in a definite defect way. Was told it might be bad cotton inside, which wouldn't be covered through warranty, and that the policy is very strict. Unfortunate, considering I've been a regular customer, and my cards literally got declined in store tonight because I'm right before payday, so I had to pay with a gift card and couldn't even purchase another if I wanted to. Guess I'll have to start going back to Tabac N Go off of Vine St, which at least offers a loyalty punch card for your 10th vape free...but has just been a hike for me since I've moved closer to the area of Planet of the Vapes...So unfortunate, especially as this error was not my fault, but the product solds malfunction. Due to the policy here, and defaulty product, I no longer recommend this vape shop. There's so many others around, be wary and don't waste your hard earned money or time with...

I suffer from chronic joint swelling and the early onset of arthritis. I don’t want to take any more those poisonous prescribed drugs anymore! My trainer recommended a different Planet to me. But after looking online, I’m So Glad I found the Mayfield location!

The store is Very Clean and Organized. There’s a Large Variety of items available that are nicely displayed. The staff is Very Pleasant & Accommodating.

As a novice, I was a little apprehensive about what to purchase. But Fernando was Absolutely Amazing!! He not only walked me through numerous products available, he actually took the time to find out what I needed, so he could recommend the proper items. One of the recommended items wasn’t available at the time; but Fernando took down my information and notified me when the shipment came in. Now that’s Customer Service!😃👍🏾

Since this was my first time purchasing I have no price comparison. But I felt like the prices were good for what I got. The quality was Superb… and the effects were Magnificent!! NO PAIN OR...

This is the most knowledgeable group of employees about the products they carry I’ve ever come across in Ohio! They also are incredibly kind and patient when you’re trying to learn how to take a new product- for me, that would be Kratom. I had several surgeries and needed to get on Suboxone afterwords and now I am off of the suboxone for almost a month with a smooth transition thanks to this group!!

I’ve needed to call at least four times and they always take their time and you can hear it in their voices that they care and that is highly rare. The three gentlemen that have been guiding me and have answered when I called, Andrew, E, and JD, are all so kind, patient, and make you feel comfortable asking questions. If you need super in-depth guidance for taking Kratom, Andrew is your man. Again though, they all can you answer general questions and will do what they can to find out if they don’t know something.
