SOM Nails & Spa — Attraction in Mayfield Heights

I normally do not write reviews however, today I would like to share My experiences of my many many visits to Som nails & Spa ,, so here I go. Nail specialist Ryan has been taking care of my hands and toes for I don't know how long and it is My sincere wish that he will continue to let me be amongst his many clients always. because he produces such outstanding results every single visits, I so appreciate ,and value, respect his artistic sense with highly horned skills that comes from years of experiences and hard work and he is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. This welcoming and pristine , calm, relaxing environment that comes with friendly but also highly skilled staff gives my nails the very best looks and feels the way highest quality spa should and pricing is fair and transparent, they are efficient and punctual. 5:30 pm on a Tuesday and I come in and you ask me what service I need only to tell me everyone is already booked up for the night. So why even ask me what service I needed if no one was even available to help me? It doesn’t make sense to preface the conversation as if anyone in the shop is even able to help me. It says walk ins welcome but not sure how true that is. I feel like I was turned away for another reason but I’ll take my money elsewhere. Don’t ask the customer what they need if no one is even available. Mind you all I needed was my set to be removed. No new set needed...

I have been going to Ryan and Tina for over 8 years and their service, attention to detail, flexible appointments are top tier. I have referred all friends and family to them and they never disappoint! From gel to custom design to acrylics to dip to gel x- Ryan and Tina can do it all. We’ve even had birthday parties and events at their salon and everyone leaves with rave reviews.
