Sanctum of Horror — Attraction in Mesa

If you're looking for a true scare and for a decent length of time, DONT GO HERE! Ok for kids maybe but for adults, it's a joke. We got the fast passes from Costco and not going to lie, SO glad I did because if I had to wait an hour or more for these haunted houses, I would have been salty lol. Each haunted house is about a 5 mins or less walk, the amount of time you waited in line with fast passes is about the same time it'll take you to walk one of the haunted houses. All together, we spent 30 mins there after paying 75$ for 4 people. Needless to say I'll probably be doing the 13th floor next time (guaranteed 45 min walk at 13th floor). If the haunted houses took a bit longer to walk through, it wouldn't be such an issue. Everyone walking out of the haunted houses didn't seem amused or scared, more like they were just ready for the boringness to be over lol. Not to hate on the sanctum of horror or breach but def one of the fastest and boring haunted houses I've ever been to. Being that it's in a parking lot of a mall, I guess you can't expect too much 🤣. At Costco- 13th floor for 2 admissions and 2 past passes was 59$ and $37 for sanctum of horror and breach. Take my advice, schedule time at the 13th floor and just skip this haunted house. UPDATED REVIEW . My original review was for 2021 year and I gave 5 stars and I was impressed but 2022 was very different. We went right before the end of the season so actors were very bored . At one point we were walking inside the haunted house and actors were literally sitting in the corner chatting and laughing and when they saw us the just yelled and laughed. Actors didn’t even make any efforts and they seemed bored. I thought it’s probably because it’s end of the season and the day after Halloween but still it wasn’t a good experience. In addition to that, the haunted house on the left were blowing some smoke (not fog) real smoke and I have asthma so I was suffocating and running to find an exit .

Hands down the best actors you can find in a haunted house. We’ve been to the 13th floor and it wasn’t as scary as this one. This one has the human touch. Actors made real effort and I’m assuming they lost their voice after each night. Staff was great and even though both houses were short , they were scary enough. We all enjoyed it so much and we can’t even imagine how the blockout event would be as it will be scarier than even … definitely coming back...

This place did not disappoint by any means. I’m a difficult scare and frequent haunted houses and I must say by far this is one of the best ones. They have fear Farm beat and 13th Floor beat by a long shot when it comes to scaring and decor and actors inside the haunted house. It is fairly short, but the haunted house is longer than the average good jump scares, and the actors really put their all into their performance, definitely not for children under the age of 11 only two haunted houses and a small amount of vendors. Staff was very cautious and took their jobs Very seriously I will definitely be returning. The props were pretty amazing honestly. it was well worth the $25 per person. Definitely don’t need a fast pass hoping that this becomes bigger next year whoever is running the show is doing it correctly. Just add some more vendors maybe an extra house or 2 to really make it a longer experience. They also have an option to go through everything completely dark, which is amazing looks very small but offers a lot when it comes to scares. We stayed about a total of 45 minutes to an hour...
