Presidente Supermarket — Attraction in Miami

Where to begin. We had been in the store already for about an hour. 2 workers past right by us in an aisle. The other 3 cashiers in the customer service booth saw us walking down back to the cashiers with a full/overloaded cart, for the other cashiers to tell us that the cashiers were all closed. My understanding when it says -closes at- is that at that time the store closes its doors to the public, not that it completely shuts down and no customer is to be remaining inside. We walked up to the registers at 9:57 pm store closes at 10 pm. The staff was utterly rude. My husband had to put all our groceries on the floor because they had just finished cleaning and could not grab any bags because they had just stocked these. The treatment 100% disrespectful they started making fun of the situation, talking in Spanish as if we couldn’t understand, even the security officer made remarks stating they had “made sure” nobody else was in the store. i used to go frecuently to this supermarket but i moved to another area now so i go to another one,prices are fair but anyway th reason that im writing is to tell the owner or any supervisor to check the way that mangers treat their employees,specially this old lady that wear glasses with curly hair that been working for a while at this location:she screen to the cashiers and does not let them be at the corner of the store if is not 10 minutes they start their shift if not she tell them to go to another place,and i saw many of them walk to there and take the bus to be there on time or early but she doesn't care about that and beside that she doesn't want them to be at the cafeteria neither ,so what kind of manager is this ,does she remember when she came to this country and started from zero??people come to this country to work hard and not to be mistreat that way,i hope you guys from presidente fix this issue because you guys are what you are for the hard work of this...

A 4:50 PM. , LLEGO A SU GRAN ESTABLECIMIENTO POR UN SERVICIO DE COMIDA , BIEN ....., ACTO SEGUIDO , TOME UN NUMERO , ESPERO CON CALMA Y FUE EL NUMERO 49 . " UNA MUCHACHA ALTA DE OJOS VERDES , QUE ESTABA DE TURNO AL ESA ANTES MENCIONADA , CUANDO ME TOCA EMPEZO A LIMPIAR LAS AREAS DE LA COMIDA , PENSÉ, QUE ESTA PASANDO QUE NO ME ATIENDEN , PASA 1, 2,3,4,5,6 MINUTOS ALTERNO QUE ELLA DESPACHARAN ANTES QUE A MI , Y VIENE OTRA PERSONA A HACER LO MISMO , BRINCO DE NUMERO POR ENCIMA DE MI O SEA DE MI NUMERO.

ATENDIÓ OTRA PERSONA E HIZO LO MUSMO, QUE ESTABA SALIENDO DE TURNO Y COMO ERA EMPLEADA DE DICHO SUPERMERCADO BRINCO MI NUMERO , ANTES QUE A MI Y NO HABIA TANTA GENTE , Y YO ESPERANDO Y ESPERA Y LES DIJE A LAS 2 ESTOY ESPERANDO HACE RATO Y LA MUCHACHA ALTA ME DIJO OTRA VEZ , AH , TENGO QUE LIMPIAR Y LE DIJE , , LLEVA TIMPO Y CON HABLADURIAS CON TU COMPAÑERA , PERO ATIENDE PRIMERO Y LIMPIA DESPUES , QUE AQUI NO HAY MUCHO " RUSH " ....... NO QUSE LA COMIDA POR SU ACTITUD DE DESINTERES DE ATENDERME LAS DOS , Y REPITO , NO HABIA TANTA GENTE Y LO IMPORTANTE ES EL SERVICIO ..... Y SI A USTEDES INTERESA ESTE " COMPLAIN" ,TIENEN QUE CORRGIR ESO .... NO TENGO NADA QUE TEMER ,PORQUE FUE CAPTADO EN CAMARA Y FUE TRATAR DE FALTARME EL RESPETO A LA INTELIGENCIA , DOY EL COMPLAIM , PORQUE FUI ASOCIADO DE UN SUPERMERMERCADO Y TRATABA DE ATENDER A LAS PERSONA PRIMERO PARA MEJOR SERVICIO Y NO FUE EN DECIRME ELLA " ME PUEDEN DAR UN MOMENTO EN LIMPIAR , HUBIESE SIDO OTRA COSA .....FUE ALTANERA , CREIDA E IGNORANTE Y SU COMPAÑERA TAMBIEN . Y OTRAS VECES HE IDOY PASA LO MISMO DE ESTA MUCHACHA ALTA DE OJOS VERDES Y PIERDE EL TIEMPO , EN HABLAR , HABLAR Y ESO SE VE EN LA CAMARAS Y NO ME DIGAN NO , QUE NO ES ASI .....Y NO LE IMPORTÓ ......
