The Spot Barbershop - Design District — Attraction in Miami

I had a horrible experience last saturday at this place. I booked my first appointment on Saturday may 27. I showed up to the one in miami lakes before my appointment time. I called the design district where i made my appointment and told them i was at the wrong place but if i could be just a few minutes late. The lady told me there was a 10 min grace period. I told her i understood but that my GPS said ill be there 2 minutes after the grace period. She literally told me not to go because even 1 minute late they couldnt take care of me because they had so many customers. I told her if we could reschedule and she said next week but id loose my deposit for the haircut. I RAN TO THIS APPOINTMENT and made it on time. When i got to the place there were NO CUSTOMERS. A BARBER ON A CHAIR WAITING FOR CUSTOMERS and another barber who went for a smoke cuz there was no one there. They even started cutting one of the employees children hair bcuz it was dead. The only reason im giving it two stars is bcuz my barber was nice and even apologized for the way she treated me. She had a big case of "I DONT WANT TO WORK TODAY" and it showed.
