Stoneridge Plaza — Attraction in Mifflin Township

The plaza has Vacqueros, 101 Beer Kitchen, Cap City along with multiple fast food/diners. I love to eat. The movie theater is a nice place, at least when I go is during the day on a weekday, those hours are convenient for me to go with my work schedule. When I go there will be no more than 20 people in the place including staff. When I go anytime else it's either to Kroger. Hollywood Feed is a great pet store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They allow and welcome your pets. They will randomly have free stuff on tables, now it will be a couple items like treats or bones there will be like 4 variations of the same product hypothetically. They have a reward program that will text or email you coupons that I think the store picks up because almost every time I buy something there the staff will ask me if i want to use a coupon or they'll have just little things that really help in taking care of your dog. There's fish, cat, and multiple other pets I'm forgetting. The review for this plaza I say is easily 5 stars, they have a couple security cars never seen them have to take it very escalated at all and the situations they were called to were resolved peacefully and they ended. Recently had a scheduled appointment here, and forgot an ID for my appointment. Receptionist told me to check in, then I could go retrieve my ID from home to proceed. As soon as I return, I'm greeted with folded arms and a "Are you David? Yeah, you can't donate today." As it turns out, the receptionist failed to let me know about a 15 minute grace period, which I had missed by about 4 or 5 minutes. Visibly furious, I left to attempt to compose myself. When I returned after a few minutes to see if there was any way I could donate today, I was simply told "no" at every turn. No apology, no consideration for the wasted time, not even an acknowledgment that they kinda messed up by not giving me a call to let me know what the situation was; not like you don't have my phone number. I ended up leaving without donating, and the staff at Stoneridge may well have cost 3 people their lives today by turning away a healthy, willing, eligible donor.
