The oasis in the middle of the city. Beautiful wide open space with cozy peripheral areas with seating and umbrellas for shade. There's a small splash pad, climbing structure and even a coloring station! Markers pencils and paper and books to read. Great progress has been made to keep this park growing and be useful for families . We had a picnic here and enjoyed ourselves for over an hour. Great to be able to grab a train from nicollet mall to enjoy this great space.

The commons is a great place for the kids to run and play down town they have free games that you can check out and play they also have a place parents can sit and reed free books and there is a small but modest play ground located just one block north of the U.S. bank stadium. I think it would be a great place to have a picnic in the summer or if your a true Minnesotan before the super bowl.

Its a relaxing park right by the stadium. Many people go there for their lunch breaks and there are food trucks parked along the park during lunch hours. There is also a play area for kids and I've seen a mini petting zoo show up at the park from time to time. There are also other events that come to the park as well. The park also has nearby coffee shops and restaurants.

It's a decent park for how small it is. A pretty place to watch a sunset over the buildings or just hang out. Playground equipment seemed pretty clean and functional. Convenient to multiple restaurants. However, a restaurant nearby had a musician playing and the sound carried into the park very easily because of the proximity (good if you like the music, not so much if you're trying to have a conversation or the music isn't great). A few of the people in the park were begging or experiencing drug-related or behavioral conditions; nothing too alarming, but it was more noticeable than at other nearby green spaces like Gold Medal Park or some of the spots...

5/15/2018 Dogs are great. Off leash dogs are so not cool. If this was a giant park with tons of space I am totally cool with that. There is only about a half of a block of grass. I don't feel comfortable with all the folks brining dogs off leash here.

12/21/2018 My soul is constantly reborn at this place. You just went from a one star to a five star. Hopefully the community embraces the park because it can be so much more than a Vikings event center. This city needs...
