Trendy upscale eatery and bar attached to The Radisson Red. The atmosphere was cool but the food was average and a bit pricey - at least what I had. The Waffle Mac Sandwich with fried chicken was good but in all honesty it seemed like a frozen waffle with some canned Mac and cheese. The chicken however was great - it just didn't all come together as well as I thought it would have. I would still come back - just possibly grab something else to eat.

I have been here in May2021: they respect covid rules. New opening hours because of covid: friday and Saturday night only. Check before going their! The bar/restaurant is located in the red radison hotel. I liked the place, it has Good vibe, and bar tender is nice. Food is normal quality, beers are OK.

Super delicious drinks with wild fresh infusions. Their bartender is so knowledgeable and always willing to chat about the cool drinks coming on their menu and the new infusions they're trying

We went here before a concert at US Bank Stadium on a Saturday night. We were there around 7:00 and it wasn’t busy at all but it still took the server a crazy amount of time to come over to us. She asked what we wanted and we told her we didn’t have any menus. She looked confused and said “oh you want FOOD?” Ummmm yeah.

We finally put in our orders and realize that we needed to get our own water in red solo cups from the bar. My wine came out and the server was nice enough to leave the CAN it came out of. We made jokes about how our hamburgers would probably come out deconstructed because of how hard this place was trying to seem hip.

Well, the burgers finally came out and we couldn’t eat them. The first bite made my face twist in ways I didn’t think was possible. There was so much salt they were not edible. So so disgusting. We told the server and she kindly took them off our bill. She also confirmed that the chef tried them and agreed they were way way way over seasoned.

That being said, we paid way too much for our drinks and, if we had paid for our burgers, those would have been overpriced too - especially since they came with NOTHING on the side.

The service was pretty horrible - except for at the end after we complained about the saltiness.

To make it worse, we had to get to our concert so we didn’t get to eat dinner that night. We ended up at a gas station after the show eating corn dogs and pizza. Which, believe it or not, were way better than the gross hamburgers from Oui. The guy behind the counter making the corn dogs was a lot nicer too.

I never write reviews but my experience was so bad here I felt compelled to do...

We have been staying at the hotel here for 2 days now. The bar/restaurant is not busy at all. Almost all of the tables are empty and there are a few people at the bar. Earlier today we sat down and tried to get food and drinks. In half an hour we were sitting there, we were able to get 1 soda and 1 beer. They never came to take our food order and never stopped back so we could even pay for our drinks so we could leave. We eventually had to just drop some money on the table and walk out. Once the table next to us actually got their food they literally took one bite, looked at each other and walked out too. Can't say how the food is but it didn't look promising from their reaction. We decided to give Oui another chance tonight. So we came and sat down at a booth near the bar. After a while a young man finally took our drink order. It has literally been over an hour and he hasn't stopped by not even one time to ask if we wanted anything else or to give us the check so we can leave! The server at one point was actually standing at the bar eating a burger. We are to the point of walking out again. Extremely disappointed in this place. The workers have seemed lazy and distant from the second we walked into this hotel so I can't say I'm surprised. I highly recommend making a different bar or restaurant choice, even if you are staying...

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I went here for breakfast before the Vikings game and waited 10 minutes for our server to show up. When he did finally show up he threw the menus on our table...threw them! Then says what do you want? We stayed, which was against my better judgment. We ordered 2 bloodymarys, a beer and some breakfast sandwiches. We politely asked for some water as well. Another 10 minutes pass and our drinks are finally dropped off, no water. We again, politely ask for our water. Our server brings ONE water glass and drops it on the table from about 6" up and half of the water splashes on the table. I immediately asked for our check, he never showed up to the table again. I had to track another server down to get our bill. This bar is 3 blocks from US Bank stadium and should have been packed at 10am on a Vikings home game. It was not! There were plenty of open tables, and now I know why. Do not waste your time or money at this place. I'm downtown frequently with customers and I can tell you any bar downtown is a better option then this. OUI will never receive another dollar from me and I'll make sure my friends and family do not make the mistake of giving OUI any of their...
