We would like to inform you in writing that something very regrettable has happened regarding your services and products.
The other day, I visited two of your stores, and a staff member informed me that I could no longer purchase two or a dozen bagels from the menu. In addition, they said that they could not buy containers of cream cheese, but only through catering instead. These changes made it very difficult and very disappointing to purchase something that suited my needs.
To be honest, these responses seriously compromise customer convenience, and we can’t help but feel that your company doesn’t value our business. It led me to waste time and money and think it would be better to go to another bagel store, like Bagger's Bagels.
We are extremely disappointed by this situation. We look forward to future service improvements and listening to our customers' voices.

Read moreThis newer location consistently gives bad service. I try not to go there but every once in a while, like to have a bagel. There is a breakdown between the cashier and the bagel preparer. I ordered a bagel and was standing there, only 1 other customer, and the lady asked me what I needed. She hadn't even started. Then she gave it to me untoasted. I asked for it to be toasted and she told me no, that she had already buttered it. So, another worker took it from her and toasted it for me. They also were rolling eyes at the other customer. Read moreI was a loyal customer that came to this store practically every morning when I arrived a work. I asked them to grind a bag of coffee that my wife brought in from out of town and they refused. I used to be a barista and we ground other company's coffees all the time because we were in the business of bettering days and customer loyalty...something that this store needs to be trained on. Instead I took my bag of coffee over to the Starbucks across the street and the ground it up for me...with a smile. I also bought my morning coffee from them and will continue to do so.
