Dealt with Matt for years. Big mistake. He has ripped me off more than once. Sold me a used canister, which I wanted, however it didn’t have all the extras. He never told me and the only way I found out was because a friend of mine also had one. When I saw the parts I asked Matt about it and all he said was basically oh well that’s how it came. I had a dog so every time I took the machine in for a tune up, I told them to wash the bag. I would start vacuuming and I could smell dog. He didn’t do a very good wash job. I recently went there because my machine was plugged. Again I told him to wash it and again I could smell dog. I don’t have a dog so it should have been good. Machine was not picking up after I paid for everything. I called corporate I was so upset. They gave me a dealer in Concord and I can’t speak more highly about them. They unclogged my machine, washed he bag and there is no dog smell. My machine is like brand new. I should mention I live in Denver, NC and drive to Concord, NC. That shop is great. We took our 15-year old Miele vacuum in for possible repair. Store Manager Matt Smith greeted us, listened to our report on our vacuum, and gave us an expert review of what might need repair.

From that conversation he inferred that because we had moved into a two story home, Linda was interested in a vacuum for each of the levels. He demonstrated the new Miele that he recommended for her and provided sales / promotion information. If our older Miele can be repaired at a reasonable cost, we will then have a vacuum for each floor. Either way, we will have the best system we could find.

It was time to replace a central vac system that was over 20 years old. Everyone at Carolina Vacuums was professional, courteous and provided excellent recommendations and service. Matt answered my first call. Was helpful with information and provided me a timeline I should expect to hear from the sales and installation team. The call came as promised. Brian asked that I provide information about my old system. From this he made recommendation and explained the differences in the systems he thought would be best. I selected MD F650t. An improvement from the system that was removed. Brian and Jordan arrived on time the date of installation. Professionally installed the new unit. First use proved that this was the right choice.
