Grassy Bar Oyster Co. was literally the hit of my wedding! They live shucked oysters for my wedding this past weekend, and my guests could not stop raving about them! They were one of the most affordable vendors we booked and SO worth it 10X over! They even participated in our photo booth and got us matching shirts! I cannot recommend them enough. Grassy Bar has the freshest oysters and they are the best at being responsible users of the bay when they grow their oysters. The people there are really nice, the prices are cheap, and the quality is consistently high. You can pick out the exact size you want. If you like oysters, this is a must stop. I ordered 24 raw and 6 cooked. Their sauce was nice. It's not too spicy, not too sour, I personally liked the raw oyster. My wife enjoyed the cooked oysters. Cooked oyster had a cheese extra breading taste to them. I would say 4.8 stars 🌟. When I return to Morro Bay, I will be stopping by Garssy Bar Oysters again.

Super fresh oysters!! Eat 'em raw, but don't douse them in red sauce. That would be a shameful burying of the flavor. The baked oysters were also excellent. Prices seem about right. They don't sell alcohol (bring your own and turn that into a money saving plus) and there might not quite be enough shade on the deck. Still, nothing you can't overlook.

If you like oysters, this is a must stop. I ordered 24 raw and 6 cooked. Their sauce was nice. It's not too spicy, not too sour, I personally liked the raw oyster. My wife enjoyed the cooked oysters. Cooked oyster had a cheese extra breading taste to them. I would say 4.8 stars 🌟. When I return to Morro Bay, I will be stopping by Garssy Bar Oysters again.
