To say I’m disappointed with the service received is accurate - when asked to clean my estate ring, I was notified that the prongs on my diamonds were in really bad shape. The woman examining my ring was, even so, kind to allow me to see the damage to the prongs sustained over years of normal wear and tear through a magnified camera. Despite hesitation, I left my ring with the jeweler to obtain an estimate for repairs. I received a phone call with my estimate (fairly quickly, might I add, which, was greatly appreciated), decided against proceeding, and requested to pick my ring up the same day, which presented an issue. Without being notified, my ring was transported from the MTP store (where I left it for repair) to one of Polly’s other locations - while I didn’t appreciate the lack of detail, there was some comfort knowing the ring was still with a jeweler employed by the company. The owner was kind enough to personally transport my ring back to the MTP location so I could pick it up the same day. What I’m mostly disappointed in is the blue sharpie on my ring where the jeweler counted my prongs on my diamonds - no big deal, it will clean right off but is something I find incredibly unprofessional. My ring was, in fact, not in the same condition as when I entrusted it with the company initially. While I understand this is just another repair, another ring, whatever, to this jewelry store (which I understand after working in fine jewelry myself for eight years), it’s an incredibly sentimental ring to me. An estate piece that is one of a kind. I sincerely hope the remaining repairs left with the Company are completed to satisfaction.
Rosemary has been amazing every step of the way with helping my fiancé pick out the ring to helping us choose our wedding bands and beyond. She is always willing to help and cleans my ring every time I pop by. Since then, I have even used them to take a link out of my watch and repair my necklace. I had prongs added to the inside of my ring and the jeweler had it to me within an hour and a half. My fiance checked around to make sure he was getting the best diamond for the price and best price for the diamond and sure enough, Polly's had the best deal for him. My little sister is looking at engagement rings now, so of course I brought her to Polly's to look at rings. Emily has been such a great help with my sister and helping her find her size and the perfect ring so we can secretly already know what she wants. ;) Emily has even given us some excellent advice on what type of wedding band to get for a handy man who wants a ring that will withstand the test of time. Ultimately in a nut shell, Rosemary and Emily are amazing! I am sure everyone at Polly's is amazing, I have only just worked with Rosemary and Emily. Excellent...
Read moreOne of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I worked with Caulder Moore throughout and he made everything easy. I ended up purchasing from Florida and never saw the engagement ring until it was sent to me. I asked for a custom setting and a very specific diamond and he was able to do both will ease. I was looking for a needle in a haystack and Caulder found it. They gave me the highest quality ring possible and they were able to stay right at the price I was comfortable with. This is a local family business that treats you like part of their family. There is no telling how many phone calls, texts, and emails Caulder and I swapped over the course of a month. Every single one was full of information and he helped guide me through a process I had no idea about. I will forever be grateful to Caulder and the entire Moore family for my experience. If I could give more than a 5 star review I would, but google does not allow that. My now fiancé was blown away by her ring and every single person that has seen it is in awe. Great people, easy process, incredible product. There is no reason to go...
