Dollar General — Local services in Myrtle Beach

This dollar general was actually alright. No stock left in the middle of the isles or nothing. Was clean and spacious. The cashier was nice both days I went and everything. The problem was I bought freezer food and it was already moldy. If I could find the receipt at the time of my departure I would have taken it back! We came to Myrtle Beach for a 2 day getaway and I’m from NC. If the product doesn’t expire until November 30 2024, then why in the world is it already moldy and I bought it October 4 2024!!!!!! Unfortunately our visit was not very pleasant. The cashier was really nice but the checkout process took about 10-15 min because the keypad for bank cards would not read my card correctly. I had to swipe my card multiple times to process the transaction which was concerning, then 2 employees got into a verbal disagreement about how to fix the problem, while I was trying to checkout which delayed the whole process even more.
