I went to T-Mobile there and was asking the gentleman if there was a way I could get my messages back that had disappeared. He told me there was no way, once deleted they were gone. He told me the only way they could be deleted is if I did it myself. I kept telling him that these messages were from people that I, most definitely, would never have deleted. He still insisted I did it. I started to leave and he walked all the way to my car with me, at which time I told him a reason I, specifically, needed to get at least one person's message back. I don't know what he did to my phone but he did not leave a good taste in my mouth for him any longer. I no longer have a phone and it was less than a year old. Purchased it...
