For us, it all started about a little over a year ago when we, like many of you reading this right now, started to do our research into what areas of the country we wanted to live in. And naturally, in today’s world, one of the most accessible resources to use is YouTube. So, we spent a week or two doing deep dive into many video reviews, some from real estate agents and others from bloggers, and yet others from just your everyday folks who do their own video reviews who now reside in the various states that we were researching at that time. I can't begin to find enough positive words to describe the level of awesomeness we experienced working with Rose Dougherty.....realtor extraordinaire. Moving from Florida to purchase a condo in Myrtle Beach seemed like a very stressful and overwhelming task for my husband Keith and I...that is until we met Rose. Let me first start by acknowledging to all who view this review these truths! I am a real home buyer, not a robot nor am I a person paid to provide content. My wife and I were looking for a home in SC since March and we eventually matched with a realtor who absolutely catered to our needs and wants. His name is Bob Natale and he is not only professional (knows his craft) but has incredible human feelings and empathy (its called today interpersonal skills), but doesn't always translate to a person really caring about another person's interests. This man, realtor does. He cares about your personal future home as much as you. He is totally invested in getting you what you want at your price and is not afraid to steer you clear of trouble, and make honest suggestions. He treated us as a dear friend, yet was very professional without being stiff or short or terse. In short, we don't believe anyone else could have delivered this home, and all of our peace of mind outside of Bob Natale! He helped us with identifying all pitfalls and benefits along the way. Also, we were did it all virtual. You have to trust someone and depend on them in this process. We moved from Florida to Conway, South Carolina shortly before closing. I cannot tell you how often, we'd see a home and ask him to check on it for us. Not once, did Bob ever complain, tell us he had another client that was more important.
