All was well until checkout. Apparently, someone else had left a necklace on the counter and the cashier assumed it was ours. He started trying to sell us more necklaces AFTER my husband told him no and that we didn't wear jewelry. Well, we didn't realize his reason for asking us was because someone else's necklace was on the counter that he didn't move or put back up, so instead he proceeded to sell the necklace to us anyway against our statement. When we went out the door (and before we even got in the car), I had that strange feeling we should check the receipt, so I did. And wouldn't you know that the same necklace we didn't want was not only on the receipt, but in our bag as well?? So, we go back in to let him know he made a mistake.

He was LITERALLY trying to stall with giving us back our money and tried to make it out like WE wanted it! I told him I thought he was trying to sell something to us and I reminded him that we plainly said we DON'T wear jewelry! He gets mad and says "I hope I don't get fired for this because there are no refunds." I told him I hope you don't either but you should also be careful, observe, and listen to your customers. He became overly dramatic until the manager stepped in and told him to calm down because it was just a mistake that wasn't going to cost him his job, and to just refund the money. He did (with an attitude) and we left. I can certainly understand the confusion with him thinking it was ours, but I didn't appreciate the attitude and the drama that came with it when it was at first an honest mistake that could've been prevented in the first place had he listened and observed his work area without acting like a grown...

Oh my goodness we were treated so wonderful by the staff here. I would go to this store a million times over to buy souvenirs. The cashier whom was great the 1st time and than the 2nd time we went we met Sami, he even saluted my husband for being in the military. I was so happy with how we were treated here from the moment we walked in and shopped. Sammy talked with me while he printed Myrtle Beach on my husband's beach towel. We had such a wonderful conversation and he filled my morning with joy and love and the spirit of the LORD. He gave us a discount for my husband being in the service and that touched me when he saluted my husband because my husband always has a high guard up due to being in the Service and I lit up when I saw this. I love this store and loved how we were treated. The girl at the register was fun and we talked about nice bling bling. The magnets are such a great price everything is a GREAT PRICE...........Thanks to all the staff for all the work that you do and for the 3 times that we shopped here. I would be happy to tell the world how wonderful this store is. I am right now on GOOGLE.

Came here to shop for souvenir gift for family and friends, I got the monster coupon and hoping to get a great deal on this store, the Asian girl is helpful and she tries her best to answer my questions in regards the coupon brought, went around and saw a lot of cool stuff I did avail their promotion on magnets 3 for $12 sounds pretty good deal for me I did get the crocks and the coffee mug, I spend less than half an hour on the store and I'm ready to check out, the girl on the register doesn't seems friendly I ask if she needed the coupon I brought and she replied yes I rip it and hand her the whole page, I was expecting she will offer me the free tote if you spend $20 more as I spend more than $30 but she took and rip the coupon and gave me all the item in the plastic bag, I was like I thought I'm getting free tote but she ignored me, I left the store and I will never coming back on this store again for souvenir, to all who uses the monster coupon they will not honored that coupon at all the selection is super limited like the coffee mug and the crocks only 1 design you can get, I will not recommend this store to anybody, you will get more great deal on...
