Stunning little light right off the point. This is THE spot to get your Nantucket souvenir photo. I recommend walking from town to the light as you will pass some antique shops, scenic homes, and the coastguard house along the way. There's plenty of beach to sit on and enjoy a picnic dinner, and an abundance of slipper shells which I'm sure the shoreline appreciates. Oh, and the Rugosa Roses smell absolutely amazing. If Nantucket had a perfume, she would wear Rugosa Rose.

If you want to check out a lighthouse close to town this is the place to go! Easy to get to and parking available, this is a quick one stop shop to see a lighthouse, look at some shells on the beach, and enjoy the scenery. One thing I really enjoy about this place is the proximity to restaurants and coffee. The lighthouse is beautiful and it’s just easily accessible. Well worth going.

So we landed in Nantucket today, and took me 50 years to get here. My wife and 8 decided to walk around the area and Brandt Point Lighthouse was onky about a 15 min walk. When you hear Lighthouse you typically think of this large light house out on a point. Not this one. It was a tiny one inside the harbor. Nothing special about it. Had a nice beach area...
