I've been to a few locations and this one is far by the worst one I disliked. I had a waiter named "Abby". She sucked at waiting our table! If your job is being a waitress,be outgoing and present yourself in a well manner way like its your job.You get paid. I don't know what it is with girls that wear a lot of make up and your job is to be a waitress but she needs a bit more training. Its like every girl I come across that wear a bunch of make up don't do a great job a waiting tables v.s the girls that don't. The less unattractive girls always provide better service than the ones that pack on make up. I'm not tipping you for your looks here. Your tip is based on the service you provide me and this girl Abby came around and scoop up the plates before I was finished eating. I wanted to eat the damn last three chicken but I was busy cleaning up a cup of ranch that spilled on my shirt and pants.This girl didn't even asked to take the plates away. Seriously, if you see food on people's plates don't assume they are finished. She came by so fast and "swoosh" she left quick before I could say anything! She also brought me my drink that had something in it visible to my damn eye and I had ask for another one. It looked like a black/green lil spice or greens that was in my cup! How the hell you don't see that when you putting lemonade in my cup and bringing it to me? ONE last mistake she did was mess up my damn sauce on my wings.I had asked for,"HOT" and she gave me MILD!!! I know they make mistakes but damn! I already mixed my chicken and my salad with ranch and I didn't want to be an ass telling her I had asked for ,"hot" and this is mild. I wasn't going to die eating mild so I did. My salad was great though ! Yeah,for $9 it better be! That was the most expensive I had in my entire life! Almost $10 for a bowl of salad is ridiculous though but hey I knew the price and wanted to eat that salad! It was delicious! I agree Hooters is pricey especially for their wings! It's definitely a $1 for a wing or a lil over but anyways Abby shouldn't have gotten no tip from me but since I know how it feels not to tip people even though her service sucked , she got $5 on a $51 and something bill. I'm usually a great tipper only based how you present yourself and the service you provide but I'm sorry, this girl got to go. I had a waitress at Olive Garden that presented herself very well. Super outgoing but forgot to put our order in and we was sitting here over an hour . We asked for the manager and he decreased out bill to $30 and out waitress came around and apologize herself and expressed her feeling and I appreciated her service even though she forgot and it was busy so I ended up giving her $15 for tip. The attractive girls at Hooters look pretty and all but I'm no guy to be tipping you no your looks. I also, notice some girls don't show butt cheeks and some do. I respect the ones that don't exposed vs the ones that do. I don't understand how can they be so comfortable doing that. Now, I can understand the breast but the butt cheeks . Ehhh. Wednesday, January 17th, we had dinner in the early evening. We had the most annoying experience with bad service, and poor work ethics, not only from our waitress Yusra, but from a few others.
2 young guys were sitting in the booth behind us. It sounded like they were ex employees. They had 4 girls at times around them, talking loud. It was hard to talk between my husband and my self.
One waitress played with one of the guys dreadlocks, and then kept serving food.
Our waitress's mind was not on us, but on the guys. Everyone can make a mistake, but she made at least 4. At one point she told me "sorry they haven't been here in a while ". Is that an excuse?
We ask for traditional naked wings. She repeated the order. Since she didn't say "naked" I said "naked". She looked at me and smiled. She came with breaded wings. We had to wait 10 min for new ones.
She asked if we wanted blue cheese, and my husband said yes. My husband called her, after she was talking to the guys on the other booth for a few minutes, and told her that we never got the blue cheese. She said " oh you want blue cheese?".
She forgot the limes for my beer that I asked her for, and I had to call her again, and we had a couple other issues .
She spent too much time in the both behind us, and not being able to concentrate. It was like they were having their own get together, and making it uncomfortable for us, making so much noise and standing so close around us when we were eating and trying to talk.

Read moreHorrible Customer Service. I went there this past weekend and ordered takeout. I called to order over the phone, but automated system said to order online, which I did. I picked up the order and when I got home, I noticed the whole order besides the fries was wrong. I quickly called the restaurant to make them aware. The manager Garrett Moore then told me, I had to send him an email and attach pictures to prove that the order was incorrect. I have never done that before, but I did it this time. I called the store back once I sent the email and the manager told me he was going to look at it and either respond that day or give me a call back. The next day came, and he did neither. So, I called again and talked to another manager named Sierra Knox. She knew about the issue and was extremely rude. She proceeded to act like I was lying about them messing up my order because their employee said she got the order correct. Sierra then proceeded to tell me that she was "doing me a favor and helping me out" in the most rude way. It was unbelievable especially when they got my order wrong. She then said that I would not be able to get a refund because the issue happened the day before and not that day. I was appalled as the other manager Garrett was supposed to handle it the day before, but didn't. She eventually processed a refund after I had to send her the email that I sent Garrett the day before. This restaurant is extremely unprofessional and have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They do not deserve your business.
