My air when out over the weekend and it Wednesday in my are still is not working in my unit the new maintenance been trying to work on it but it is still not working my room temperature in my house is 80°we have left messages been calling the emergency line and we still got no air in my apartment it feels like a fan is trying to blow air but it's not blowing cold AC I don't know what to do when is 100° outside my apartment is so hot where I cannot stay in it we've been going staying over family member...

We left in November of 2023 because they kept going through management changes and we signed our recert multiple times and never received a signed lease. They refused to fix what codes said needed fixing, the lights were always out at night, kids were allowed to play in the parking lot and cause fights and damage to cars, trash was allowed to be piled up for days, and we had many roaches in our unit. Thanks to the new and improved maintenance worker Jacob Shifflett, after months of complaining. I now have working air conditioning and fan system. He is a great spirit to have on the premises, he is very joyful, respectful. When there is a problem with the unit once he is informed of the situation without any hesitation he is there within minutes. Awesome guy. By far the best one...
