Once a nice store. This is now a horrible store. Avoid this store at all costs. Instead, enjoy the convenience and efficiency of the online store. I went there just to enjoy a day of shopping with my daughter and what a disaster. Other Google ratings are 100% accurate. The store is a mess (dirty and disorganized). The fitting room is full of boxes and closed, which I suspect is the reason for a high volume of returns and exchanges (long line!). The staff seem very unhappy and therefore act unprofessionally. I saw a customer waiting on the return and exchange line by mistake and when this woman arrived at the register after which I estimate 45 minutes of waiting, she was refused by the cashier. The cashier not only refused to process her merchandizes, but continued to argue with her, and there were children in the store who had to experience this unfortunate situation. The woman then asked for a manager who only resulted in more arguments. This was inconvenient for others like me who had to witness such a lack of professionalism. It's this kind of in-store experience that's turning consumers like me into online shopping, which will result in stores like this closing, and job loss for store staff-communities.    Read moreOthers are correct - avoid this store if possible. If Zara corporate is listening, please make a bigger/more noticeable Returns/Purchase line notices. See the attached photos. I stood in the right line for 20 minutes only to be told at the cash register that I needed to be in the other line. And no compassion from the register operator at all. Why? Because I missed a very small sign âPurchasesâ posted on a stanchion which was not even in my direction. And we had one person coming up-to people (who had clothes in their hands) and literally shouting if they were paying by card, can they use the self checkout register? Now this person couldnât have noticed the poor folks in line carrying a Zara bag, and no clothes in hand that maybe they were in the so-called wrong line? I had go back to the other line which took another 20 minutes. All this to return 1 shirt that i couldn't try. Anyways, I will never come back to this store. 6 cashier stations and just two cashiers - and both of them moving customers along at a tortoise's pace. And this is not the first time I have been to this store - It is always a mess with huge huge lines.
Now, I strongly believe they do all this to play with the psyche of the average consumer - Just tell or show people something is difficult to achieve and et voila, you have folks lining up to prove themselves. Let's see how long it takes people...

Doesn't matter if it's day, night, week day, or weekend. There's typically only one cashier, and if it's the younger man, he's awful and rude. Last time I was here to make a return, I waited for 45 minutes, and the cashier put out his hand and shouted at me "hold on, wait! Please be patient!" Even though I hadn't done or said anything. I was just standing there with my return bag. This store needs a new manager, ASAP. And they need to hire more employees and TRAIN them to work with customers. I've worked in retail for over a year. This store is really a disgrace on all levels. They recently installed "self check out" machines, but it still doesn't solve the problem of one cashier, no open fitting rooms, and VERY LONG return lines. Shopping here is extremely frustrating and exhausting. It's not worth it anymore.
As much as I love the clothing, I have decided not to shop here anymore due to my last few terrible experiences.
