Terrible experience. I visited this T-mobile store at Natick Mall, MA on Friday February 21th, 2025 to change my phone. I had a two-year-old iPhone 15 that I had paid off all its cost. I chose a Samsung S25 and the store gave me a new plan along with the Samsun S25, and traded in my old phone (iPhone 15). This new T-mobile plan increased my monthly pill. So, the next day I found a different provider that is offering a plan with an Iphone 16 pro and much cheaper monthly bill without trading in my old phone. So, two days after my purchase, on February 24th, I cancelled my T-mobile plan and returned the Samsung S25 to the store (T-mobile at Natick Mall). Then I asked to get back my phone, but the manager of the store avoided returning my phone (Iphone 15) and told me that my phone is the storeās property based on their store policy, and he did not return it to me. I asked the manager to let me see my phone, I unlocked my phone, and I realized that all my data is still in my phone (my messages, pictures, contact numbers, everything⦠) and the manager has not erased my data from my phone. I asked the manager to return my phone as I have cancelled the T-mobile plan and I have returned the T-mobile Samsung S25 phone, but the manager resisted. Based on T-mobile policy, the customer can return the phone within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund. Since I had returned the Samsung S25phone and cancelled the T-mobile plan just 2 days after purchase, the store should have returned my phone. I contacted T-mobile costumer service while I was still in the store and asked for help, the representative talked to the manager to convince him to return my phone, but the manager resisted returning my phone and said it is their store policy. Iāve been ambivalent to go back to AT&T to get a new phone because of previous negative experiences, but Iāve seen lots of others switching to T Mobile recently and WOW am I glad with the experience so far!!! I saw Monica at the Natick location and I could not recommend her enough!!!
Monica made the transfer process incredibly easy and straightforward! I remember to the tedious (and confusing) onboarding process with getting a new phone in the past, and I was very nervous to do this while also switching to a new carrier. She helped me select the plan that made sense for me and my lifestyle. Monica was extremely professional but also so caring. She really heard me when I expressed my previous difficult experiences with my phone and carrier, and her transparency really put me at ease throughout the whole process!
Monica really personalized the experience for me and made sure all my needs were met. She was very patient and understanding when I foolishly didnāt remember certain passwords on my phone! We went to Natick mall today and I asked help from one of their employees to help unlock at least one phone so I can use right way. The guy said he can't do it anything even just make a call to their customer service so we can resolve that. After he denied to help I ask to speak to his manager and for my surprise he said he was the manager and refuse to help a need customer with a basic customer service. I thought T-Mobile was a serious company but today it proves otherwise. I don't recommend anybody who values their time to do any business T-Mobile. They fell to unlock their phones and to be honest. I don't know if I have to travel to headquarters to unlock these phones or maybe will be cheaper trash all those phones because I can't used if they aren't unlock...
