The lady that checked us in was very sweet, and the shuttle driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, they only have one exit to get off of, and it's only two hours,down river, so even if you go all day, you're going the same path over and over. They are one of the most expensive places to rent tubes from. You must leave your ID, and that's where the issues began. They wouldn't sell just myself beer because I had an older friend who didn't have her ID, so we had to walk all the way to a convenience store to purchase some then leave it in the hot sun because I couldn't bring it inside. After our float they didn't hand me my ID back. The lady checking us out had a snotty attitude that insinuated that it was OUR fault they lost my ID (but yet you have to leave one or else you don't get a shuttle slip) and had the gall to tell the person she went to help out instead of finding my ID "of thousands of floaters this rarely happens" with a roll of her eyes( He actually got irritated with her attitude and left right then) She then ignored us and another nice blonde woman who was super sweet offered to help and called all the morning employees to see where they left it. She eventually was able to find it behind the counter. Snotty lady never apologized for the inconvenience or the attitude. We rushed on a 4.5 hour drive to get here. Get here and try asking questions, didn't really acknowledge us.. We arrive for the last shuttle at 3. Get to river and float. It's crowded. People are docked off, water moving slow . We finally get done and call for pickup and get back. And the manager tells us well y'all went down the river twice and we had to wait on you and your these last one... Which it was after 3 something before got on river and about 6ish when got done. We try telling manager no we did not go twice, how would we have gotten back to beginning. ???. He says well y'all went twice the guy told me. Never even listened or let us say we didn't go twice but once.
From the start til end employees were rude. We only come to the location bc of it's previous customer service, and usually a lot of us... But we will not be coming back. ..
