adidas Store New York, Kings Plaza Mall — Attraction in New York

I am having an absolute nightmare. I bought the new Grey NMD's online for cyber monday and they haven't shipped and its been over a week. I call the customer service number and its like an answering machine but no one picks up the phone. I was on hold for an hour straight praying someone would pick up but no one did. they took my money and i don't have my sneakers either. I email constantly everyday but no one answers. I read all the other reviews,and I must say that the two times that I've been there, the customer service was great. I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed assistance. I was "window shopping" for sneakers,and knowing that,the young lady was friendly,polite,courteous and helpful with my trying on different sneakers. I'm in Adidas girl so one thing this store is missing the only thing more product more funware it needs to be a bigger store cuz Adidas is a big thing in this community let's have some more variety sometimes I have to drive way out of my way to go to an Adidas store that has everything Brooklyn is Adidas valley so we should have creative Adidas outfits the service is impeccable everybody's so helpful I love the staff there but the store needs to be bigger come on guys...
