The produce is inexpensive and fresh. There's a small butcher shop inside that charges separately from the market itself. Quick, easy, but the meat selection is limited. Its usually lamb shoulder, chicken whole or pieces, pork shoulder, thin centercut porkchops, ribs, and maybe ox tails or pigs feet. Then the fish they have is fresh usually salmon, snapper, and shrimp (different sizes). You'll need to bring your own bag. They have ab extensive selection of Asian and West Indian spices. My biggest complaint is that the isles are very small and it’s hard to fit a shopping cart and one adult side by side. I know it’s about squeezing all the marketable space but it’s just too tight.
