You can find cute things here for cheap but what took away from my experience was the rude employee. I went to cash out and the guy with long hair and glasses kept ignoring me. I said excuse me, where do I cash out?" not even a look. He just kept working. Then I read the sign that said to put zero quantity for bag, but I needed a bag. There was no sign that said we are out of bags. So I assume it was simply something they wanted people to put to move forward with there purchase.
