You guys definitely need to start paying more attention to who you hire! Frequently take the little ones here for a sweet treat since hubby works in an office nearby and always experience perfect service. Today was the first time we didn’t get our warm welcome. It’s not uncommon seeing new faces working here since I’ve been going for years now but this is the first time the service was terrible! Of course the kids were happy to be in the chocolate store and were asking a million questions but he seemed like he had an attitude talking to my children. He seemed disgusted looking at my children picking through the packages of chocolate to figure out which one they wanted. Even though the girl near him was a sweetheart, I’m truly disappointed by today’s interaction. They need to do better!
