The customer service at this nail salon is very poor.

They are RUDE and do not listen. I have been told that a Barbie pink nail polish was too light for me -which it wasn't, I am very open to admit when something doesn't look nice on me-. They also don't listen to how you want your nails shaped all the time. They like to tell you how they like your nails and end up doing it that way.

If you request a specific nail technician there is no guarantee you'll have them. They forget that they have other people in front of you or they tell you to go to someone else.

If they make a mistake you will have to pay $$ for it. All of my nails are coffin shaped but the nail technician ended up doing one mountain peak. They made me pay to fix it! The woman was actually getting impatient with me because she didn't know how to fix my nail either.

Careless. If you're doing acrylic you will leave the salon with tons of cuts on the edges of your nails. Ouch. My sister has also done a gel manicure there and the edges were messy. I've done many pedicures and the toenails were cut crooked. My acrylic nails have been painted messy as well but I clean them in the shower.

There are some plus sides, like their variety of nail polish, gel colors, and sns powders. The salon is a good size so the wait time isn't that bad.

January 2019: Yesterday was my first time at this nail salon I didn’t even wait more than 2 mins before I was seated I was looking for signs of how clean the place is and if the products used were up to standard and it definitely is they line the pedicure bin with plastic which would be easy to take off and throw out so bacteria doesn’t buildup as easily. The tools used were stored in a jar with what I can assume is rubbing alcohol or some other disinfecting agent or cleaning agent when working on my nails.

The service: the woman doing my nails was very precise and they came out looking really good I haven’t been to a nail salon this good in queens in a very long time I definitely reccomend them. I am happy I finally found a place that I really like.

UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER (January 2020): The reason for my lowered rating is on 2 separate occasions they gave an inaccurate wait time and I do anticipate there being a wait usually but, they have been taking other customers who come in after me before me. They do really great nails but they need a better way to manage their line it's completely unfair and I don't feel as though it's worth the wait. I'll probably be looking for another nail salon. Today was my first time going to this Nail Salon. I was pleasantly surprised. I was having a Mommy and me day with my daughter and so I wanted a very clean and relax environment. I must say this Salon hands down was one of the best salon I have been too in a long time. The entire staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They listen to all my 9 year old daughter requests, and took their time with her. ( 9 yrs are rather indecisive) when it comes to nail polish colors. Lol, As for myself Matthew did my pedicure and had me laughing the entire time. He was very meticulous with my feet and easily convince me to chose a color I would otherwise never have chosen for myself. I ended up loving the color and he was overjoyed to hear it. As for my nail tech Amber, she is a perfectionist, she took her time with my nails and was very professional. I had not one complaint about my experience. All I can say, I am longing forward to going back for my refill...
