Eleanor's Pier on Roosevelt Island is a relatively lesser-known gem compared to the island's more frequented landmarks. This tranquil spot offers visitors a place to pause and take in the surroundings, presenting an intimate view of the waterway that separates Roosevelt Island from the bustling cityscape of Manhattan.

It's where joggers slow their pace, photographers capture the moment, and visitors find a momentary respite from the whirlwind of their travels.

At Eleanor's Pier, the city finds its breath, the waters whisper of history and progress, and the legacy of its namesake is felt in the quiet strength of the island's community and the contemplative peace that the pier affords to all who...

It's also really close to the F train so not a lot of walking is necessary if you're taking public...
