GameStop — Attraction in New York

Saturday July 27th around 2:15 in the afternoon I waited patiently on line to be assisted and some obese female who worked there was so sluggish and clumsy that when she went up the ladder to get my desired item she was panting for air. Then afterwards she dropped my item which was a dragonball statue on the floor because she was careless. She must've thought that I didn't see her because she didn't apologize. When I asked if she dropped it, she said nothing and merely shook the box that the statue was kept in like that was supposed to confirm something. Then I inspected the box in her hand which she held on to dear life for as if I was going to attempt to steal it when in truth, if that was my true intentions, I could've snatched the box out of her hand as she was descending down the ladder. I left the store in disgust not buying anything. It seems that this gamestop location is starting to hire inept employees who will only bring bad representation...

I came to this GameStop to pickup an online purchase. I was in line for almost 20mins with only two other people in front of me. The staff are very slow on moving the line because they create long gaming conversations with customers and also with staff members as well. I asked Arias if I can switch to another PS5 controller and he said it will cost me more to do that which I didn’t seem to understand because all controllers are on sell for $49.99. I then asked him if the Logitech G733 is in stock and he said I will have to check on that with a very unpleasant gesture. He then took on the next customer while I was waiting for him to check on what I asked for. I waited 5mins and Arias seem like he didn’t want to check so I walked out the store. I was very interested in buying the headset too for $150. The customer service is horrible in this GameStop. They need better staffing in this location ASAP. Went there to sell Game Discs, from MULTIPLE Consoles, — Multiple Gens of PSX, XBox(the version before the current one,) & Wii, — Most, Oddly, from Consoles I never Owned but accumulated Somehow; But they didn't buy any of them.

Apparently they don't buy Sports Games after a certain timeframe (was trying to sell EVERY Sports Game I'd Accumulated, since I don't play them, as I'm not a fan of Organized Sports)

A couple of the Non-Sports ones, like I remember specifically Skyrim for Xbox, & multiple others, they don't buy due to some weird technical issue: like they only buy those game if they're of the latest patch version, or something like that...

& The ONE game, out of probably Close to a Dozen, that met all their Restrictions, they didn't want due to being Overstocked.
