Today, Sunday, April 6th at 3:53 p.m., we had a very unpleasant experience at the Levi’s store located at 35B Richmond Terrace, Suite 333a, Staten Island. My partner and I approached the register to ask about the price of a jacket that was marked as 30% off the original price. When we asked, the manager responded in an extremely rude manner, stating that the item was not on sale. We pointed out the sign, and she replied that “those prices change every second,” which struck us as an unconvincing explanation that borders on false advertising.
Later, we inquired about a shirt, and the same manager told us it was not discounted. However, when we went to pay, another cashier informed us that the item was, in fact, on sale. When we brought this up again with the manager, she once again responded rudely and mockingly, saying, “If you want, pay the tagged price, or if you want, pay the discounted price,” in a sarcastic tone.
We find this kind of behavior completely unacceptable, especially considering we were respectful at all times. Fortunately, we have already filed a complaint through 311, as no customer deserves to be treated in this manner. Truly a disappointing...

I was trying to help my family out to translate when they shut me down and said "I'm talking to the parents not to you" I held my anger and stepped away until they started to laugh at my family and that's when I stepped in and said I'm going to report them and they laughed and replied " haha ok go ahead do it" like what kind of customers service is that ??? We were just asking for two separate transactions to get the promotion. Unfortunately, I couldn't they pictures of them but please stay away. They hate their job and will show that once you get to the checkout....
Read moreI just visited this Levi's location earlier this morning and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door which I knew was an awesome indicator for this store. What really blew me away was I had called this location yesterday to ask about returning/exchanging a Levi's product that I had bought online, and the woman who had greeted me remembered that phone call! (I really really wish I had remembered her name, she was wearing glasses).
I was interested in exchanging an online item for store credit and making a couple of new purchases and this woman was incredibly helpful and patient. So was the awesome cashier too!
