Marshalls — Attraction in New York

This Marshalls is one of my favorite Marshalls. For me my experience at this store is pretty excellent. It's a very clean and organize environment for shopping. Love how everything is displayed in this Marshalls you can tell that the employees are working extremely hard to keep this Marshalls clean and organize. The power of teamwork. The underwear section this needs a lot of work but is doing okay it needs to be more versatile......

The clothing section needs to be more versatile for women of all ages and size. The styles of the clothing , shoes, handbags, and accessories. Needs to keep of up with the changing trends for everyone woman to enjoy regardless of age and body types. I always find amazing clothing for women of smaller body type fast and easier to find and see. Both the plus-size clothing is not amazing or very bold an is not very versatile. There is always a very small section for plus-size women's clothing that is extremely wrong. This problem is starting to improve with time.

Natural hair products is extremely important for everyone both man and woman are starting to you healthier and natural products on both their skin and hair. It's extremely hard to find natural hair and skin care products at any Marshalls. They do sell other hair and skin care products at a affordable price.

From my experience the people are very nice and sometime very helpful. If your someone that love to do home improve of just needs to change up your decor. This Marshalls has a lot of amazing items in their home department. The items for kitchen storage needs to be available in larger sizes. The quality of there home department items looks and feels very good. This department is very clean and organize. They also have really beauty furniture in this department if you are on a budget this Marshalls might help you when it comes to saving money.....

I had a hard time finding winter boots not just at this Marshalls but also at other Marshalls. This was very weird and disappointing experience it winter you should have a variety of winter shoes not just sneakers another non winter shoes. From my experiences with this Marshalls everything was pretty great....

After spending 20 minutes trying to find the product I wanted in one piece (pretty much everything is in awful shape in this store) I waited on a line that lasted 30 minutes if not more. I was tired and miserable and I just wanted to buy the object in my hand. It wasn't until 25 minutes into the line did I notice that the item had two different price tags. One said 14.99 and the other, 7.99. While this price difference doesn't seem too big, it is for my current situation. I work a minimum wage retail job just barely making my impossible new york rent with just enough money to survive and eat. That $8.00 difference is the difference between eating lunch or being hungry. While I must point out this item is not essential to my existence, I was able to afford it at the moment only because I had received a refund from a prior purchase. my maximum expense was to be $9.00. Anyway this is all beside the point. when I reached the register after standing in line, I pointed out like a good honest human that there were two different price tags. I have been a loyal customer to this Marshalls since it took over the Filene's Basement space in 2010. It took 3 associates and a little over 7 minutes for them to decide that I would have to pay the higher price. I could easily have peeled off the higher price while waiting on line, just as the woman did in front of me at the register. I was furious. An hour of my life just wasted. My loyalty to this store has perished. I couldn't even walk into TJ Maxx upstairs known that the two are associated. The lines in this location are always absurd, however I was able to endure it. If you don't make time to visit a Marshalls, you should. And bring friends, too! We went on a girlies shopping trip to Marshalls after brunch and dessert and had a time!

This store had a bunch of what I needed (and did not need) and all for a great price. I had no idea that you could find glass emory boards and free weights in the same place. We didn't wait long on line at all. Could be because we went on a rainy Saturday after like 4PM. But...it's a discount store. What you save in cash you make up for in waiting on line. Be startegic about when you go and it will be a non-issue.

Of course I stocked up on the beauty products, coffee and tea items. We spent 15 minutes sniffing candles and checking out the variety of snacks. The last time I went to a Marshalls I got a body scrub for the low. I loved it so much that when I ran out, I checked for it online and it was like quadruple the price. Therefore, if you find something there you'll think you love, get two.

Perfect spot for getting inexpensive but thoughtful gifts for people. Beware, though, because it's addicting. Go with friends because they can be your accountability partners and make you put down things you don't need. That's what we did! Some items pictured are things we had to sadly leave behind.
