Reviewing the customer service or lack thereof; drove from NJ to see the Honey and Bees show once there we decided to change the date and after speaking to the manager we agree that we would come back for a later function. The team (2 people) said there would be NO problem and so we left at peace. A few weeks later we drove back from NJ and the show was sold out. The “manager” on site apologized and said nothing could be done although it was his team that gave us incorrect information. I asked for a refund and he said no. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the highest there. After 30 minutes waiting and asking I found his “manager” who said he wasn’t able to refund us but he would call me Monday. I said Absolutely NOT! After 15 minutes of asking around my wife found the theater manager who saw me and promptly told the 2 idiots to refund me. I’ve worked in customer service enough to know that there is no need to waste people’s time especially when they were not in the wrong. This could have been resolved in 5 minutes by simple apologizing and refunding me. There was no need for all the back and forth and the lies. I would never come back solely based on how shady and poorly they dealt with the incompetence of...
Read moreI traveled specifically to see a show at their theatre. Spoke to them on numerous occasions over the phone and then showed up in person. When I first arrived to the theatre 4 hours before the show I was told I could get last minute rush tickets only 2 hours before the show. I decide to wait around. I return once again to the ticket counter 30 minutes before the show and ask once again if rush tickets remain. I am told yes.
Finally 3 minutes to 6pm someone comes to me asking me for I.d. stating that rush tickets are only available to people under 29 years of age or over 65 years of age. I am neither. They then proceed to tell me that the information is on the website. (Which it is) The problem with that is that if you speak to someone who informs you of the existence of the rush tickets and then provides you with the information to acquire them, what reason or motivation does one have to then go to the website to check the ticket policies if an employee just gave you a ton of info and never mentioned an age requirement let alone did not mention to review ticket policies on their website.
Basically I wasted a lot of time and money because I was misinformed and then made to feel as though it was my fault....
Read moreYou won’t like this theater for the hustle it takes to get there, but that’s the only reason. The venue is clean and modern, and the staff is what you’d expect. Friendly, but they’re not falling out of their seats to help you. Who is these days?
Show was good—I’ve seen a couple here and always a great time.
Notable experience: the guy at the concession stand/bartender was super friendly, and offered a great conversation (super cute too 🤭). He did, however get so lost in our conversation that he actually forgot to give me my Diet Coke, but I’m hoping it’s just because we were too busy flirting…
Good experience. Good show (The White Chip). Would recommend. Even giving 5 starts because I wasn’t soooo incredibly uncomfortable in the seats, as with...
