HONOR is one of the best plays I have ever seen. I go to a play nearly every weekend. The acting (on Sunday, October 29) was masterful. The leading roles yesterday were played from so deep in their hearts that twice I had to furtively wipe tears from my eyes, and I am a 75 year-old man. Trotter really blew me away as did each of these highly professional and talents performers. How I wish I had seen it sooner so I could see it again. Certainly a great play, but the brilliant acting was an impeccably successful rendition. A thousand kudos. I will look for the playwright and these actors by name in the future. I was quite moved. Read more"Romeo & Bernadette: A Musical Journey from Verona to Brooklyn" is why Off-Broadway exists, to find the show with legs to make it on the great white way. The show was freaking amazing. It was so funny and the singers were off the charts talented with near operatic voices. (Some could and probably have sung opera) What was really great was meeting some of the cast afterwards when I suggested they were having a great time doing the show. One of them said they're having such a good time they (almost) crack each other up during their scenes. All I can say is this show should be on Broadway and if you haven't seen it GO NOW!!!!
