Pizza Spot hells kitchen — Restaurant in New York

This has been the most infuriating experience I have ever had with a pizza place. I ordered online from their website, and the delivery never came. When I spoke to the lobby of my building, they told me that the driver came and left with the pizza without any attempt to contact me. I called Slice to see what happened, and they told me the store wasn’t answering the phone (they must know that number because I called the store myself after, and they responded immediately). I was then met with a guilt trip about it costing the store to send another pizza. Excuse me; it cost me $35 not to get a pizza! Anyway, after his guilt trip, he mentioned they would be sending another pizza. Another 45 minutes go by, and I get a call from the store asking me to call for an Uber to pick up the pizza, as If I should be spending more money for now, waiting over two hours for my family’s dinner. He then said okay, we’re going to send it, but if I could wait by the lobby for it, I said no problem, and he’s gonna text me when to go down. THE PIZZA NEVER COMES AGAIN. But wait, it gets worse, Slice calls them the next morning for their side of customer support, and they LIE and say the pizza was redelivered.

It was the absolute worst experience. Out of principle, I’m never supporting them and hoping no one else ever has to deal with these lying...

Pizza Spot Hells Kitchen is a hidden gem that deserves all the hype. The pizza here is absolutely incredible—perfectly crisp yet chewy crust, rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and cheese that melts just right. I tried a few different slices, and each one was better than the last. The pepperoni slice had that classic New York street-style feel with just the right amount of grease and spice, while the veggie slice was loaded with fresh toppings and still felt light and delicious.

What really sets this place apart though is the customer service. The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about every order. Even during busy hours, they move fast and keep the energy positive. The place has a neighborhood vibe that makes you want to come back—not just for the food but for the people too.

Great prices, quick service, and top-tier quality—this is easily one of my favorite pizza spots in the city. Whether you’re grabbing a quick slice or ordering a full pie, you’re in for a treat....
