Greetings. Yesterday evening, being a new walk-in client, I called Nick's Barbershop #4 to inquire about availability and pricing just several moments prior to arrival.. The party answering was professional, informative, and friendly.
l normally prefer and patron another barbershop of a quieter and calmer atmosphere, but I wanted to try a new place. I was pleased with the setting of Nick's Barbershop #4 as the establishment was well illuminated, conveniently located, and most importantly, adequately staffed with knowledgeable, energetic, and enthusiastic barbers who apply themselves to their craft.
Having decided to grow my hair out, I was on the cusp of a year with neither haircut nor shave. I obtained a haircut, shape-up, tape-up, fade, and hot towel shave. Equipment such as the buzzer and electric razor were of advanced technology engineered with power and precision, producing a close and clean shave. I arose from the chair a refreshed, revitalized, and well-groomed new young man.
I thank Nick's Barbershop #4 for their time, assistance, and patience, and I look forward to my next haircut with you. I wish you and your team good luck...

Very disappointed because we have been coming here for so long but since the new management took over the men are more like dogs that work there, dogs are better than them. Took my siblings like usual and I told them what I needed and left . Two minutes later my brother calls with a distressed voice not knowing what to do, and tells me that they are talking ābadā things about me. We as adults understand what that means but Kids his age should not be hearing that type of language especially if it had to do with their own. My brother not knowing What to do left because they are not worth the arguments or fights. No respect at all, they are not men they are garbage. 6 years of going to this place just went down the drain. Zero respect for them and their work. A thousand words would not explain how frustrated I am with them but I hope you all feel my anger and disappointment towards...

We really wanted to support this new barbershop in the neighborhood, but unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing.
On our son's first visit, my husband brought him in and there was a complete lack of customer service. No one greeted them or took initiative. One barber called on another to handle the cut, but that barber was on the phone and seemed uninterestedāit took several minutes just to figure out who would actually cut my sonās hair.
We decided to give them another chance and booked a second visit, this time with a scheduled appointment with Andy. To our surprise, Andy didnāt even honor the appointment and sent my son to a different barber instead. Whatās the point of scheduling if appointments arenāt respected?
Sadly, we wonāt be returning. A business that doesnāt value customersā time or provide basic professionalism isnāt worth...
