Was in town for a couple of weeks and my friend who lives across the street brought me here as a guest to work out, and when she couldn't take me, I came in with a day pass. It was super convenient just walking over here and the hours were pretty reasonable.
The staff here were amazing as well! All the front desk staff that I encountered with were all super nice and knew that I was a guest from out of town. The gym is kept very clean. I saw the same maintenance guy working every time I came in and he was always wiping equipment down. It's still a fairly new gym so all the equipment are still in great shape.
There are PLENTY of cardio equipment (almost too many) which were rarely used. Most of the people that I saw were here to lift weights. There is a small open and padded area where you can work with medicine balls, kettlebells, box jumps, and even a battlerope. Unfortunately this area is EXTREMELY small so you may be fighting for space.
Because it is upstairs, you do get a nice view...well, at least I enjoyed it. Just like all other gyms, busy times are week nights and early morning on weekends. I never had any issues finding the weights and equipment that I needed...

Shout Outs to Mo, Amanda, and Hamza who make coming to the gym a welcoming family affair as they are always encouraging and should be recognized for their hard work and enthusiasm. Only issues I have are with stationary bikes which are all in some state of disrepair or neglect, the homeless folk who routinely come in and yell at the tv, that guy that comes in and does back flips off the pull up bar in the weights area, and the constant lack of weight re-racking among the the lazy/youths. Not sure how to go about doing anything regarding these issues since it is corporate who takes care to repair/replace the equipment and us crazy Coney/Brighton folks who make this gym both an experience and annoyance. Highlights include watching b-boys train, getting motivation from the sight of ancient grandpas/mas working out, and that olympic athlete from one of the Stans with the killer legs doing drills in the studio. To those looking to join, you will not beat the price and maybe learn Russian so you can eavesdrop on...
