This peaceful little park sits over the East River Greenway just off York Ave and almost under the Queensboro Bridge. Walk up a ramp from York and you will see the park dominated by the giant red sculpture designed by artist Alice Alcock and dedicated in 1995. It is peaceful and reasonably quiet but the views are fantastic up, across and down the River.
