A lovely and cozy place to enjoy Thai food in upper east side!
Tom Yum soup. Sour, spicy, savory... a complex and vibrant blend of flavors that didn't hold back, awakening your palate immediately. The shrimp version came with a generous amount of bouncy shrimps! Love it!
Tamarind duck. Golden brown duck coated with sweet and sour tamarind sauce. The duck was perfectly crispy!
Papaya salad. A burst of multiple flavors and textures! Fresh papaya, crunchy peanuts, aromatic herbs, juicy cherry tomatoes… so refreshing and satisfying.
Beef stew. A meaty and hearty dish that satisfies the soul! The beef, simmered to tender perfection, easily pulls apart with each bite, while the flavor remains rich without being overwhelmingly heavy.
Khao soy. Tender chicken bathed in a creamy coconut curry broth, served over soft egg noodles and topped with crunchy fried noodles and fresh herbs, truly a bowl...
Read moreI'm glad there are more thai places opening up in the area but I am very disappointed in this as an option. We ordered Minced Chicken Basil and Papaya salad via seamless and noted "thai spicy" on the notes.

The papaya salad did have some heat, but definitely not what I would consider spicy. It was also... bitter in a way that just didn't taste right.
I called in to ask if they maybe missed the note but they stated that "thai spicy" here means for a "western palate" and I need to put the words "extra spicy" in the future. This restaurant absolutely delivers on authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. We tried several dishes and each one was a winner.
The meal started strong with the duck wrap: crispy duck and fresh lettuce wrapped in a wonderfully crispy roti—so tasty and unique. The Tom Kha soup was exactly what I hope for—creamy with coconut, tangy, and with a gentle kick of heat.
The crispy pork belly was a highlight, with an incredible crunch that paired beautifully with the spicy and sour sauce. The satay chicken was also very tasty, especially with the classic peanut and sweet onion sauces.
And of course, I judge every Thai restaurant by its Pad Thai, and this one did not disappoint! It was perfectly cooked and flavorful.
I will definitely be returning to work my way through the rest...
