I've gotten decent customer service here first at the sunglass hut that used to be by the men's department in the basement, which seems to be removed now, and recently at this location on the first floor by the elevators. However I can't recommend their sunglasses, as the ones I had bought in the lower level are almost unusable now because the lenses are peeling so bad. I used them for about 2 years on and off. I'm pretty sure that shouldn't happen in such short time, especially with expensive designer ones. I believe the fact the salesperson had sold me the pair on display, rather than a pair out of the box, was a major contributing factor towards the fast degradation of my sunglasses. I remember asking them if they had a pair in a new box, and they said no. I still bought them because they were on sale, and I didn't know any better. If you still decide to buy some here, do it with their store credit card or find a way to keep the receipt, or else they probably won't allow returns/exchange. Also, don't buy anything if they only offer a display pair, or else you're cutting yourself short.

Incompetent workers sold me a defective product ve4361 and refused me an exchange. I bought glasses in this store three times. The third time was the last one. I lost 360$ I do not recommend this store!!! Very bad!!! There is a photo of glasses and a defective case that scratched them

Thank you to the staff at Sunglass Hut whom were so nice to me when I asked if I could charge my phone for a couple of minutes just yesterday. It was extremely cold outside and my phone died while I was on my way to meet a friend for dinner and these guys allowed me to come inside, warm up, charge my phone and engage in great conversation in the process. This level of compassion should be exemplary, particularly during these current times and I hope that everyone I come across with going forward is as kind as every staff member...

Don’t go here. Sold me a pair of sunglasses and turned out I couldn’t get prescription lenses in that pair. Never took them out of the box. When I returned them, the store associate cleaned them for a good 3 minutes. Then she said they had been scratched and refused the return. It was literally the smallest mark and was caused by her nails going over the lens when she cleaned them (again never took them out of the box). She just said “if you have a problem call the corporate office” which I will do. Worst....
