Macy’s Visitor Center — Attraction in New York

Upon my exiting the 🚻 toilets, the gift shoppe closed. A member of my caravan expressed her uneasiness with gift shoppe checkout being console only despite a staff presence.... the only reason for the 4 of 5. Plenty of parking, picture spots, video makers inside, cleanliness, information, and trip planning. A large dining area open to the public 24/7 to plan for unexpected events and side...

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, provided maps and detailed information. This information center is located WITHIN the Macy’s store, right next to or through a massive Candy Shop!

Bonus points for the candy because it kept everyone happy for our entire stay in NYC, however have a heavy wallet because the candy was a bit pricy and sold by the pound. Excellent candy...

Ci ho messo un po’ a comprendere la struttura del centro commerciale. Non è chiara la descrizione dei reparti rispetto alle modalità con cui si sale ai piani superiori, se con scala mobile (peraltro bellissima) o con ascensore. Resta un centro molto fornito e con grande attenzione al cliente. Gli sconti non sempre risultano interessanti ma da valutare...
