I came into the store yesterday to do some last-minute Christmas shopping. Being the fact that I work far from home, I did come into the store at a later time with my dog (around 9:15PM). Even though everything was neatly organized, I have to say that the customer service in there was terrible. Being someone that has had at least 17 years of experience managing in retail, I have never felt so targeted instead of being asked if I needed help with anything which I actually needed. instead of the five women that were circling me and staring me down, assuming that I was shoplifting; no one asked me if I needed any assistance,It wasn't till I went into the home section and having a security guard tried to casually come up to me and talk to me, which I know is a LP tactic to make sure I wasn't stealing(once again 17years in retail will have you understand all the tactics used to avoid shoplifting), I opened up my bag to show him that I had nothing to hide and that I was actually very disappointed at the fact that I was followed around the store not to even be asked if I needed help except him, but to assume that I was shoplifting. Coming from someone that has never had to shoplift a day in her life, nor has the desire to, I will think twice in shopping at this location again. Especially being a Latin woman shopping in a store with 12 other women that were Caucasian. I didn't even want to bother circling around again because I already knew that I was going to have a conga line of sales women making sure I wasn't stealing instead of actually helping me out. So I took my two items checked out and walked out. The holidays are already stressful as it is but to be the only one targeted at the store when 12 other people were in there is repulsive and looks terrible on management and LP's end.Look closer at your cameras and don't target people because of the way they look…For full details,ai even made a TikTok video and tagged you...

RUDE staff. My rating is not a reflection of the store itself. The store has a great selection, full shelves and well organized. I enjoy shopping here. Today I dealt with a rude worker that works in the jewelry section. She has very bright dyed short pink hair, heavy set Hispanic woman. She had a very heavy attitude for no apparent reason. There were two other workers in the section that were busy and she was doing nothing leaning on the glass. I asked for help and with attitude she told me to grab a ticket when there was no one other than me asking for help. When another woman was looking at jewelry she approached her instead of me. One of the other workers overheard her colleague and made an eye opening face surprised of her colleagues answer and kindly gave me a ticket (not that i needed it because there was no line of customers) and i asked her if there was any issue. The woman who gave me the ticket helped me within 2 minutes after the outburst. I made my purchase then and there. I went to speak to the manager about my issue, who didn’t seem surprised about my complaint. The manager seemed understanding but I still feel the need to...

I went in with someone else who was shopping for wedding attire they were an attending guest. I was told they had dresses , skirts and blouses so we went to town scouring the racks for items, needed something big girl friendly. Tried on over 25 pieces and found some well made items from a variety of brands. Took home 10 plus items even after finding a Ann Klein pretty black dress in size 16 (pictured) I myself found a few fall 🍂 casual pieces that I loved for great prices. Polo RL multi colored Hoodie in a size XL men's (Pictured), Truth by Republic Hunter green pleather shirt size 3x in Women's and a mustard yellow Northface turtle 🐢 neck size XL women's (pictured) The fitting room attendants were so nice and patient such rock stars 🌟 didn't get there names my apologies. In between trying on items I needed the restroom and the staff was so helpful in directing me I found a hand poured Pecan Bourbon candle by DW Home. 🕯(pictured) couldn't pass up the diffuser ugh found one by WV Home & Living from the UK (Pictured) Even check our was well organized was asked about credit card offer credit and offered a bag for my items for a Lil change.

This T.J. Maxx is a great place to find reasonably-priced items for your home. There is a large selection of suitcases, clothing for men, women and children, shoes, curtains, rugs, kitchen items, colognes, and many other things. You will be amazed at the size of this location--all of it is on the basement level, downstairs via two elevators or a long escalator. T. J. Maxx is located in the Columbus Square apartment and shopping complex between 100th Street and 96th Street on Columbus Avenue, that also contains a HomeGoods, luxury apartments, a Whole Foods, a PetCo, several fast-food restaurants, a Starbucks, a Modells and two banks: Chase Manhattan and Bank of America. I have shopped many times at this store and appreciate the lower prices for quality items. Several times I bought large suitcases here for my travels. Directly across the street from this T. J. Maxx is a HomeGoods store, which has similar items but a much larger and better selection of high-quality kitchen and household items downstairs.
