Please work on consistency! I come to this location when ever I'm in the area which is once in a while. I've been to the Brooklyn and Manhattan location numoerous times and even met the owner in the brooklyn location. This is not my 1st time coming to this location and I have to be honest I am very disappointed. 4//28/22 I order 8 michael jackson bubble teas 6 large and 2 small with an order of pork gyoza. The gyoza was amazing. The bubble tea, evrery single one of them taste like water and a hint of tea. IMy order came out to approximately $50. Now I'm not complainng about the price because when I come to any of the location I buy a large order for my family because they like the tea also but this time was very disappinting because I spent about $50 for my order to be messed up. The tea literally taste like water and. there was no syrup in drink, if there was it was very minimal also the pop mango wasn't the ususal amount, seemed like i got one scoop instead of two.. I'm not sure if the tea was brewed watered down or if the person making the drink put a cup full of ice for each before pouring the tea. Either way I was very upset. In any event whoever made my tea may need additional training on making the drinks. This is the first time I've had this issue and I hope this is the last, I actually enjoy the Yaya Tea franchise, that is the only bubble tea I drink and I want to continue supporting this business. I will update the rating the next time I return...
Read moreDO NOT USE KIOSK!!!!!!!!
I’ve been to this store several times and it’s always a quick pick me up. I live in this area so I come here often. There was one time an employee told me to use the kiosks to place my order. There was no one in the store but me and whoever was working there. Not thinking too much of it, I used it and placed orders through the kiosk. After several orders through the kiosk through my days of nonchalantly ordering drinks, I just saw today that the toppings were 75cents as opposed to 83cents on the kiosk and out of curiosity, I asked them why. While the girls tried to explain there’s nothing they can do, this one girl went to speak to the manager. She came back apologizing and said “the manager said you should have looked at the difference in price in our menu and the kiosk before you ordered.” That sounded RIDICULOUS, and I was absolutely dumbfounded that a manager would say something like that. And to add on to this, if I DID comply with their menu…toppings and add ons are only 50cents, but I didn’t bring that to light for them. Because what can they really do? Just continue to say “there’s nothing we can do.”
I don’t really care about the difference in 25cents or 13cents…however, what I really do find offending is the attitude and inability to handle the situation along with the “when it’s busy, we would tell the customer to use the kiosk.” But yet, you guys don’t tell the customers there is a slight...

Just went to this place and honestly, I’m so glad I did! as an asian like me who likes rice balls and milk tea and flavored teas, their rice balls were so good—fresh, flavorful, and just the right size. You can tell they really put care into making them. I got one and immediately ordered more.
They also have a huge selection of teas, which I love. Whether it’s hot or cold out, there’s something on the menu that fits the vibe. Super customizable too, which is always a plus.
What really stood out to me was how friendly the staff were. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, and it just made the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back—not just for the food and drinks, but for the overall vibe.
Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. It’s one of those spots you kind of want to keep to yourself, but also can’t help telling...
