I’m in the middle of my intro week, and so far I’ve taken three Sculpt classes. As someone who’s used to practicing yoga, Sculpt has been a refreshing and enjoyable challenge! It is very hot, which I personally love. I’m truly enjoying the classes, and the teachers are fantastic. Especially Kameica! I adore her vibrant, motivating, warm, and sincere energy. Between the colorful lighting, upbeat music, high heat, and challenging sequences, the classes are the perfect recipe for anyone who thrives on hot yoga and Pilates. It’s basically an endorphin cocktail, and they’ve absolutely mastered the art of getting you hooked during intro week.
That said, I felt repeatedly pressured about packages and memberships, both before and after class. I understand sales are part of the business, and it’s likely that staff are instructed to ask these questions. I’m sure they’re not always comfortable doing it either. However, for someone like me who suffers with PTSD, yoga and movement are essential for my healing and mental health. I value spaces that feel safe, sincere, and inclusive. While I genuinely love the classes and the teachers, the repeated pressure to purchase a membership or package made the environment feel superficial and transactional. As a kids yoga teacher myself, it gave me the impression that the studio may prioritize appearances for business over creating a welcoming environment for all.
With all that being said, I still truly enjoy the classes and teachers. I’ve even told my sister about the studio (she loves hot yoga and Pilates as well)! I’ve been having a great time and I’m looking forward to coming back as...
Read moreI've been here about 20 times now, mainly for vinyasa classes, and honestly, it's been tough to figure out the class levels. Sometimes I end up in a super beginner-friendly class, which is fine, but since I’m trying to improve and deepen my practice, I wish that was clearer in advance. It would be great if all yoga classes offered more options for different levels, like variations and modifications, but most don’t. If you're a total beginner, this might be perfect, but for me, not so much.
Over time, I’ve figured out which teachers and classes work better for me, and even though they’re not at the most convenient times, I keep booking them over and over (they are AMAZING!). I love the space, the location is super convenient to me, and overall I highly recommend it! It might just take a bit of trial and error to get what you're...
Read moreI took the candlelight restorative yoga class with Leah Hansen. It was such an amazing and relaxing class perfect for a Friday at 7 PM. Mats, blocks, blankets and cushions were provided. The class is going into positions and holding them for five minutes at a time. it was incredibly relaxing, peaceful, and really provided a good stretch. The studio is incredibly clean, the mats and blocks are laid out before you arrive. There is a cleaning spray provided after to wipe the mat. Definitely want to check out other classes. Beautiful space, ceiling fans...
