BECAUSE WHY WALK HERE WHEN YOU SHOULD RUN?!?!?! To get the Ainslie Party Started they have Sunday Happy Hour (I kid you not I was sold on this alone) Weekend bottomless brunch, a beautiful rooftop, 3 bars (Yup that’s right) , and $8 happy hour during the week?!???!?! Need I say more? I am not a fan of Italian food , however, I have fallen too deeply in love with this place. I mean, complete obsession. I’ve been here so many times in the past four weeks I don’t even know where to begin. I’ll start with the service and aesthetics and I just wanna say this place is soooo Williamsburg Brooklyn. Upon arrival from the outside, you are nowhere near prepared for the ambience and beauty that this place holds. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by one of the most prettiest bars I have ever seen and a floating ceiling canoe overflowing with beautiful plants. The entire restaurant is dripping with greenery from ceiling to walls. There is velvet seating, exposed brick interior, high top wood accent tables, crystal chandeliers, and dim lighting. I love love love this beautiful place. Four times of the six times I’ve been here, I have gotten here around opening, which is normally the start of their happy hour. My first visit I had the pleasure of being serviced by a QUEEN! named Kiana.(hey Kiki!! Ask for her because she provided the kind of service you leave a special tip for 🤎). She was nothing short of exceptional. It was my first time and I had a hard time deciding on my entrée and she gave me so many different options and made a special request from the kitchen for me for the seafood pasta. She was very patient , as I had a lot of questions and ordered my heart out lol. She’s definitely a 10/10 experience 🤎 . Now THE FOOD , the food is sssssooo soooooo good. Now before I dive into this, I’m gonna give you all the Detz on ALLLL the food I’ve tried in totality. The pasta dishes are amazing . I’ve tried a seafood pasta sautéed in lemon and white wine sauce and I’ve tried the cacio pepe . The noodles are always perfectly al dente (how I like) and the sauce is just so good and fresh. THE ROSEMARY WINGS have me in the worst chokehold. Every time I go, I get these. I even went on a date here and my date absolutely LOVED the wings and the best part about the wings too is that it comes with a house made blue cheese dressing that is THE BOMBBBBBB!!!!!! It’s chunky and full of herbs and seasoning. I’ve had the meatballs which are 10 out of 10 and makes me think that the spaghetti would be absolutely amazing. I’ve tried the pizza’s . the Margarita is the best in my opinion, but they are all very good. I’ve had the cheeseboard and olives so so good and fresh. For the dessert I keep getting the deconstructed cheesecake and a jar. It’s so delicious highly recommend if you like cheesecake.I can’t even choose another dessert until I get tired of it I guess. The drink are very very good. Three glasses in of the “ Hard To Choose” and I’m GONE. The spitz’s are nice. There is an entire menu for just wines, as they have an extensive amount of options to choose from . I kid you not, every single thing on this menu has been absolutely amazing and I fully intend on trying every single item before the summer is out. This place is PERFECT for a date night, celebration, girls night, I even witnessed a wedding reception here. I wanted to gate keeps so bad but this place has ample enough room to hold at least 300 people in one sitting. So I’m never worried about a reservation lolol. Highly recommend. This place is a 20 out of 10. See you all this...

We've been coming here since they opened, but today's experience was HORRIBLE. We had a 430 reservation because we were dining with seniors. I called at 330 to inquire about being seated early and no one picked up the phone, so we waited till our reservation. We were seated 15 minutes early and ordered everything immediately. After a few minutes the server informed us that the kitchen was changing over so our 2 pizzas would be out first and our starters after they opened at 430p. 30 minutes later we still hadn't received our food. Our non-alcoholic beverages were awful and returned. The starters arrived after 45 minutes of waiting, so not in the order the server stated. The watermelon salad consisted of 4 small balls of watermelon, a ton of arugula, and some feta. Halfway thru the starters the server informed us someone else would be taking over. That person never arrived or introduced themselves. After another 45 minutes we were still waiting for 2 pizzas, 1 pasta, and a side of beets. We got fed up and wanted to leave so I asked the host if we could pay for our appetizers and leave since it has been almost 2 hours since we arrived and no one is telling us anything and the overall experience poor. Just as he's getting the server our food arrived. Because we were dining with seniors we decided to stay. No manager came over, no attempt at an apology. Basically dismissed us. We live in the neighborhood and are so disappointed in our treatment. We should have stuck with Carmine's. Save your money. The pizza is good, but the attitude is...

The best thing about this place is the food. Everything else was subpar, from booking my table on resy to the service to paying for our food.

The bottomless brunch drinks contain the idea of alcohol. After 2 or 3 you just feel bloated. Do not come here for the bottomless option. The "spiked ice tea" is absolute garbage.

I booked this place to celebrate my birthday and they severely failed by a mile. I called, emailed and contacted them by instagram to modify my reservation to no avail. I requested sunroof/ sun room and got placed on the sidewalk. No apologies or explanation. If you're going to use resy, read the notes.

The cups/ dishes on the table were not clean. They had lipstick stains.

They had 1 server working the floor for Saturday brunch. He didn't have the time to be attentive. He did however spill a pitcher of sparkling water and orange juice " mimosa" on our table. I had to request to have it cleaned.

The guest recovery was terrible. We had to request a meal replacement because our server didn't take ownership of his mistake.

We requested a pitcher of mimosa seeing as it was spilled and they failed to bring one out for 40 minutes as they tried to " recover" us. At a point they told us we couldn't because we closed the check, even though we'd request several times.

The service here is tacky. The food is good but everything else?...

We LOVE a dreamy date night 💫 @ainsliebkny is a dreamy Italian restaurant & beer garden located in the heart of Williamsburg. Everything is made super fresh, such as the hand tossed pizza and tender meatballs. Not a pasta fan, check out their Ainsle burger🍔 For all my brunch go-ers, @ainsliebkny also offers a $28 bottomless brunch from 11-4pm!
