Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I bought a Groupon and decided to pop in to see if I would be able to use my voucher on a Thursday morning. I was excited when I saw that the nail salon was empty. I walked in and greeted the woman at the front desk who because angry once she saw my Groupon voucher. She said I would have to make an appointment 24 hours in advance. I asked if there was any way that I could please have an appointment now? Mind you, there are 3 nail technicians there just sitting and waiting. She became even more angry and rolled her eyes and said THIS IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. She then went back to her desk and that was the end of our conversation. I'm not sure why a business would opt to do Groupon and then treat their customers like this. I am calling Groupon to report this as soon as I finish this review!

Update: I was able to cancel my order on Groupon thank goodness! I would not (and I recommend you don't as well) give this spa your business. We all should be treated with respect even if we use Groupon.

Also, be careful because it seems someone named Wing (might be the owner) is posting the same review on Yelp every few months, probably to boost...

Edit: one of my fingernails broke (I didn't get a broken nail in months!) And the nail polish from pedi is already coming off. It's been four days! I'm not coming back... As much as I love this place, and wanted to give 5 stars, unfortunately I have to stay honest. They have a huge gel polish color selection, which is a big plus. The salon is very modern, clean and neat and they welcome you with a cup of water, which is very thoughtful, especially during hot, summer days. However, after I got my pedi done (was wonderful!), the lady who did my gel mani, rushed throughout the whole process. There were other people waiting and she needed to take care of them. It made me feel very uncomfortable and the mani came out just "ok". I'm sure it would look much better, if she didn't concentrate on finishing as fast as she could. That is a reason behind me giving 4 stars. Overall, I would recommend this place, but wouldn't make another appointment during...

Good service for the price, but I'm not sure if the price is worth being concerned that my nails won't come out how I like them. I came in for a pedi and full set. My pedicure felt super rushed, but overall the lady did a good job. They kept taking everyone who came in when it was clear there was no one available for the service -- the nail techs were running around trying to get to everybody.

I had a frustrating time with my nails because the woman wouldn't let me check my nails for length/shape before continuing on. It felt like she was getting agitated with me for wanting to correct some things. Overall, the nails came out fine, but there are definitely a couple that look wonky due to the way my fingers turn (which I tried to show her). My usual nail tech can always offset this. Because good shaping is the most important part for me when getting nails, I don't think I'll be coming back here myself, but I would still recommend this salon for...
