Just Delicious — Restaurant in Newark

Today was my first time at Just Delicious with my mom, I really liked the place felt very relaxing. My mom doesn't like a lot of places I take her to eat but she really liked this place. She didn't want much she had the pizza and I had burger, the cashier the took our order and even served us was very knowledgeable of what she was doing and very helpful when it came to helping us decide what to eat. My mother really liked her she even asked her name I believe it stated with a J something like Janiye , Jahnay I'm sorry if I'm pronouncing it wrong but my mother and I really enjoyed our meal and the service Janiye was very helpful and respectful you don't see a lot of that now a day with the younger generation. I give kudos to the owner of this establishment your food is great and kudos in knowing and recognizing to hire good workers like the one that took care of us today. I know I will be a returning customer with my mom and by myself as well. Thank you again for opening this establishment with great food and service. Satisfied...

WARNING: UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN + FROZEN BREAD!

Sandwich looked good until I started chewing and the consistency was not like cooked chicken. I peeled apart the chicken pieces and saw pink inside and immediately stopped eating, luckily I only ate a bit. Even the bread had frozen parts to it.

I went back and demanded a refund, when the “chef” tried telling me no it was cooked all the way through as if he thought I was an idiot. The register girl gave me a refund in cash instead of back to my card, probably to hide the refund being shown to the owner.
