DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR EQUIPMENT! Since I had insurance on my iPhone 8 I took it to uBreakiMAKEWORSE through Verizon to replace a battery. Got the phone back and the speaker didn't work. Returned the next day and had that repaired. Then the next day went out hiking and started taking photos and they were severely blurred and hazy. Returned that day to show them the problem and there was liquid on the lens inside the phone and when they opened the phone you could see where liquid had been elsewhere inside too. "I'm not sure how this phone is working." I was told. The phone was not exposed to liquid anytime after or before they "repaired" it and it was in an Otterbox Defender except when they had it. The only logical conclusion is whomever "repaired" this phone must have somehow got liquid in it. Though they claim there is no liquids in the repair area, there's no way to prove that since there's a wall where you can't see what they are doing. I was told they could attempt to get the liquid out for $30, which I agreed to pay because I didn't feel like arguing about it. But, they couldn't get the camera lens clean so I wasn't charged anything and camera is useless. I now have a phone that any further insurance won't cover because of uBrakeiFix's incompetence. I contacted my Verizon Rep and filed a complaint. Spend the extra dime and have it fixed by the manufacturer. I'm regretting cancelling my $49...

I ended up visiting this location 6 times due to their lack of professionalism. First when I dropped my phone off I was told they had the part for my phone and to show up at the end of the day. I show up at the end of the day to be told they did not finish my phone because they did not have the part. They did not call me to inform me of this, I had to drive down. I show up the next day at the time we agreed on and my phone was not ready. After 30min I finally get my phone and it is not connecting to service because of their sloppy work (antenna not plugged back in). Take my phone back and explain what's wrong. They test my SIM in my phone and an older phone of mine. They call me back later because they forgot to keep the SIM. I have to make another trip. During this they never call the number I gave them, just the phone number of the phone they're working on! They fixed my phone, I pick it up and leave. Then 30 minutes later I get a call that they have my phone case. I have not gotten the case yet because I am tired of driving back and forth there every day. Read moreThis place has no idea what is going on. I called them after submitting a claim through Samsung, regarding my screen protect on my Z flip. I called on 8/21, to see when they could get me in for my repair. I was told by Mike to come in on Sat September 3rd. As long as I was there by noon they would be able to get it done. I called on Friday Sept 2nd to confirm that they had a screen protector for my phone. I was told they did and once again was told to be there by noon, to be able to have my phone fixed. I showed up at 11:55am, to my surprise they were already open. With customers in the store. When it was my turn, I told the guy at the desk that I was there to have my screen protector replaced on my phone. I was told that they had no availability for the day. I told them that I was told to come in 2 times, and to be there by noon and my phone would be fixed. I was then told to try back again next weekend. If I am am there by 10am they should be able to get me in. I then proceeded to tell the guys your door and website says you open at 12pm and was told twice by your staff 12pm, now your telling me 10am?
