New Face MD Surgery Centers — Attraction in North Miami Beach

I’m giving this place a 1 star mainly because of the women who did my Botox. I came In today with a Groupon, I recently moved to the area I usually go to a place in plantation but it’s too far for me now. Thought I’d try it out. The woman who did my Botox I believe her name was Beatrice or something similar, when I came in I said I’m just doing Botox in the forehead maybe getting my crows feet done today and then she did a whole analysis on my face (without me even asking ) telling me I needed filler under my eyes, in my smile lines, under my smile, lip filler, and also a mini facelift that is lifted with strings that pulls up on the side by your ears (I don’t remember the name of it but that’s a description) in addition to the Botox on my forehead and crows feet. I’m 30 years old I understand my face isn’t perfect but I was honestly repulsed at her. She was trying so hard to upsell me she literally named everything you can possibly get done to your face. I’ve been a lot of places and I’ve never had someone try and tell me I needed everything under the sun. I instantly declined her offer I just wanted to get the Botox done and leave asap. I was planning on getting my crows feet for the first time but after that I wanted to leave she made me feel super uncomfortable. She did not recommend what was best for me she recommended for me to pay literally thousands and I just hit 30??? . I would not support a business like that if you want someone who actually will give you valid advice or professional I would not go here. No wonder so many women have self esteem issues because people like her try and make you feel like that, luckily that didn’t even offend me I was honestly feeling bad for the women who go into that place. Great office and attentive front office staff but my review is related to a provider Nurse Practitioner Beatriz Lam performing injectables after initiate my consult in a very positive way I got extremely disappointed after this “pirate” in a very disrespectful way added extra units that I repeatedly said NO she didn’t care and just decided to charged me $279 besides of previous payed treatment. Quality was Horrendous of treatment received by this “Nurse practitioner”. I wasted my money/time bc now I have to pay extra treatment from a REAL Medical licensed provider. My worst experience ever with a provider. This woman Beatriz “the pirate” is a complete scam her active license was not present in the room she does botox?!!…PLUS her “extremely Fake attitude” that if you are not paying extra she will be so disrespectful to patients in front of every one at front desk area!! This is the worst BOTOX you will ever have, please just go to a trained Dermatologist or Plastic MD if you really want good results and respectful treatment. Having injectables from a bad Nurse practitioner like Beatriz is a risk in every sense!

Update 10Aug2021- Customer service and Quality control from practice staff was extremely good. Office Manager was always very attentive and respectful about my initial bad experience. I received a FU visit by Dra Jativa and definitely a A+ experience/Attitude w great rapport with patients. I would love to return to get more treatments by Dra Jativa she is a very good and professional...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful experience with Dr. David Jativa and his team

I recently had a breast reduction and lift surgery (without implants), and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The place is clean, beautiful, and well-organized, but what truly makes the difference is the incredible team behind it.

From the front desk to the surgical prep staff, everyone was kind, professional, gentle, and patient.

Dr. David Jativa is simply amazing. His presence is calming, and he explains everything with such clarity that he makes you feel completely safe. He gives you the sense that everything will be just fine, and that kind of peace is priceless.

The anesthesiologist was also fantastic—calm, patient, and truly dedicated. He made me feel relaxed and reassured before going under.

The assistant doctor who worked with Dr. Jativa was also incredibly caring. She took the time to ask me questions, listen to me, and make sure I felt at ease. Her warmth made a big difference.

And then there’s Lorena, who handles post-op massages. She’s a gem! So compassionate, skilled, and dedicated. I walked in with pain and walked out relieved. Her hands are amazing, and I truly believe God placed her in my recovery for a reason.
