Nepa Tea — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

This used to be my favorite spot to get delicious Boba tea! But today not so much 😕 I went in and ordered milk tea and the lady was nice and made it with ice and jelly but I noticed that it was only half tea in the large that I paid full price for, so I ordered another one with no ice because it was so delicious and the young lady only filled my cup to 3/4 full. I asked her why and she said because you chose no ice.

To me that should not matter, last time I came here, the other attendant did not do that to me, she did not short me, just because I had no ice. She made sure that my large was still a large regardless of whether I had ice or not.

Considering, I didn’t complain about the first one just asked for another one with no ice was more of a reason that I should have received an actual large drink not a medium. So basically I paid for two large drinks only to end up receiving half of the amount of actual tea in the first drink, cause she pack it with ice and the jelly was stuck at the bottom of the 1st order and 2nd order was basically a medium. And I tipped on the first order too…Truly...

I had my husband pick up a strawberry coconut smoothie from Nepa yesterday and I have never been so disappointed. The strawberry tastes like Nestle Quick strawberry, not fresh or puree strawberries preserves at all, and the whole mixture had a very chalky taste and texture.... for a place built on teas, coffee and smoothies I would expect a much fresher strawberry flavor. For sure will not...

Awful Awful Awful.Out of all the BoBa tea places to open here this is the worst.I have yet to have them make a proper BoBa and the Jasmine green tea is just bitter water.Even after asking for more sugar I can not drink it! When asked if she could make something else she had the nerve to ring me up again. THIS PLACE IS awful.Dont waste your money they have no idea how to make...
