I placed an order AUG 14 to pickup at the store location, and when I went there the item was not available (why??? probably inaqurate inventory) so I asked the sales person for a refund because it was still pending on my card. But, for some reason the order was not cancelled and I got charged. They sent it any way as an online purchase to the store.
The store address was wrong (error: adress info requiered) so I tried to change it to my home address wich I couldn't do unless they authorize it. After one hour on the phone and asking for the manager they finally changed it.
It was wrong again!!!!
They did not add the apt number. So I had to call UPS to fix it and after explanning whole bad was this whole thing they overide Sunglass hut restrictions.
PS: I haven't received it yet. AUG 20! Bad bad experience....

When I inquired about the process for tax-exempt documentation, she was unable to provide accurate information and responded in a disrespectful manner, even going so far as to call me a “mad man” for simply asking a question. I felt that her behavior was not only unprofessional but also potentially prejudiced.
I have since attempted to contact the regional manager but have not received a response. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further and consult...
